Aztec armor

The Aztecs armor was made of cotton that was soaked in salt water to harden it. It was not very good at the front lines with spears and clubs but did exeptional against arrows.

    So, the Aztec armor would not be able to stop the force of a bullet. Nice description on how the armor was made.

    Did they ever use leather or something a little more resistant? Did they know how to make leather armor or did they just choose not to
